Student Visa
Study in Spain, Paperwork Handled
For people accepted to study, research or train at a Spanish institution — including language programmes of sufficient hours. We prepare the file so the consulate has no reason to send it back.
Our service fee covers case management, document review, and included sworn translations only — any government or consular fees are separate and paid directly by the client to the relevant authority.
Is This Your Route?
The student visa fits if:
- You have been accepted onto a course, research post or training placement in Spain
- You can evidence funds for your stay, and health cover for its duration
- You are applying at the Spanish consulate for your country of legal residence
The Numbers That Decide It
-
Funds: €620 a month, or €7,440 up front
100% of IPREM, per month of your stay. Each family member joining you adds €480 a month. A blocked account, a sponsor letter or your own statements can carry it — what your consulate prefers is part of the file we build.
-
Higher education is the privileged route
Degree students work up to 30 hours a week with no separate permission, bring family, and renew annually without limit. Language-course visas allow none of that automatically — if you have a choice of enrolment, it is worth making with the visa in mind.
-
The clock runs backwards from your course
Apply two months before the start date. A TIE card becomes mandatory past six months, applied for within a month of arriving — in the same weeks you are starting a course, which is why we handle it.
-
What the fee covers, exactly
€499 per adult, €249 per child: €200 to start, the balance only once the visa is approved. Sworn translations included up to €50 per adult; government fees (€80–160) and the medical certificate (€50–150) are always paid by you directly.
Figures are the 2026 thresholds and consulate practice at the time of writing; both change. Your case manager confirms the current numbers for your consulate before anything is filed.
